Aditi Jasra, RCC / CCC
Aditi Jasra (RCC/ CCC, MACP, MBA) is the founder and director of Wellness North Counselling practice.

She is a person of color who works with Couples (helping them strengthen their bond and break patterns that are keeping them stuck) and Individuals. She is a certified EMDR and Somatic practitioner and is also an EMDR (Consultant in Training).
Aditi strongly believes in mind body connection and helps clients in managing work-place stress, Anger management issues, attachment wounds, low self-esteem, Insomnia, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, ADHD, OCD, Bi-polar/Borderline presentations, life transitions and complex trauma in a culturally sensitive way through various approaches like Mindfulness, IFS, Somatic, EMDR, OEI, EFT, DBT and CBT.
She has specialized trainings in somatic work and has also completed externship in evidence-based couples therapy called Emotion-Focused /EFT through the Vancouver Couple and Family Institute and observed and Experiential Integration to treat Trauma with Vancouver Psychologist Rick Bradshaw, the co-creator of the OEI approach. She offers trainings and workshops to various organizations on topics of self care, communication, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, CISD, conflict resolution, mental health and much more.Inspite of her two masters and two decades of education, she strongly believes in continuous learning, education and personal growth.
She and her team of multi-lingual counsellors provide services and direct billing to FNHA, CVAP, ICBC, EAPs and Veteran Affairs.
Aditi is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi and supports clients in these languages. When she is not working, she enjoys cooking, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
