We will help you process your anxiety and pain and create strategies that will allow you to be your best version and live a life that aligns with your true values.
You can try a session or two or you might find you need to connect with us on a regular basis which could be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or even once every couple of months. Every client is unique, and depending on your concerns with anxiety, needs and goals, the number and frequency of sessions will vary.
