I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 12 years of experience as a psychologist overseas and several years of clinical practice in Canada. My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and emotional well-being.
As both an immigrant and a parent, I offer a unique and empathetic perspective on the complex realities of life transitions, cultural integration, and personal growth. I work collaboratively with clients to help them develop practical tools, build resilience, and move forward with confidence and clarity. My approach is relational, person-centered, strengths-oriented, and trauma-informed, using a holistic lens that acknowledges the intersection of your diverse identities and life context.

I am passionate about supporting both teens and adults as they navigate life’s many challenges. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, grief, relational issues, personal growth, and self-esteem.
