Kyle

Kyle is currently a Masters of Counselling Psychology Student with Yorkville University. She will be applying as a RCC with the BCACC after completing her internship with Wellness North Counselling. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing.

Kyle is deeply passionate about empowering youth and adults to discover their internal strengths and become their best selves. She is warm, empathetic, accepting, always genuine and will create a therapy space without judgement where you can be free to open up and share whatever is troubling you. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, parenting issues or life transitions, she will provide a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.

Her approach to counselling is grounded in understanding the complexities of human emotions and behaviour, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Emotion-Focused Therapy and Solution- Focused Therapy. She can help you explore your thoughts and feelings while focusing on practical solutions for emotional growth and resilience.

What truly sets apart is her belief in the inherent wisdom of each client. With deep empathy and respect, she views her role as a guide—helping individuals navigate their own journeys of self-discovery and empowerment. Her commitment to fostering personal growth and well-being makes her a trusted ally in helping individuals unlock their full potential and find fulfillment.

In her free time, Kyle spends quality time with her husband and 3 kids, goes for nature walks with her dog Mia, or can be found paddle boarding at Buntzen Lake, one of her greatest passions.
