Saba was honored to facilitate a women empowerment group and a group designed for gender-diverse youth.
Saba creates therapeutic relationships grounded in encouragement, warmth, safety, and acceptance. She incorporates evidence-based approaches according to the client's needs and goals, such as Somatic Therapy for Complex Trauma, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based CBT, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotional Regulation Skills, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Saba walks alongside clients in their life journey with compassion, curiosity, and guidance so that they can explore different areas of their life and unpack traumas.
