In fact, she is getting trainings for CBT for depression from Beck Institute and Gottman Marriage and Couple Therapy from Gottman Institute.

Seyda takes a person-centered and collaborative approach to support her clients on their journey towards a greater well-being and helps them to facilitate positive change, process their trauma, grow, heal, and accomplish their goals while discovering their inner strengths and resilience. She believes that a genuine, positive therapy relationship is a crucial instrument for growth and healing and therefore strives to create a non-judgmental, empathetic, and culturally sensitive space that feels comfortable and safe for clients to share their feelings, thoughts, and unique experiences. She recognizes “one size does not fit all”,and tailors her approach and techniques to meet her clients’ individual needs. Seyda utilizes evidence-based techniques to help her clients gain a broader insight of themselves and their problems, process their emotions, and gain skills to utilize new strategies to manage the challenges they are facing. Her goal is to help clients create a well-balanced life and to help them learn to be their own therapist using the tools that they have gained through therapy.
